Welcome to JP88. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and JP88 ("JP88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jp88.buzz (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

To register an Account on the JP88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. JP88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gaming services, consistent with international casino licensing standards. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either through JP88's internal self-exclusion programme or through any third-party responsible gambling scheme.
5. Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for confirming that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. JP88 does not provide legal advice on jurisdictional eligibility.
6. Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be true, accurate, current, and complete. JP88 reserves the right to verify all submitted information at any time.

Each Player may register one Account only. During registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, create a secure password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must notify JP88 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. JP88 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

JP88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed may have withdrawals suspended until verification is resolved.

By using the JP88 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your Account.

You agree that all wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. JP88 will not reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of a demonstrable technical error on the part of the Platform. Disputed outcomes must be raised with our support team within 7 days of the relevant event.

JP88 provides access to sports betting markets covering competitions including the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, NBA, and other international events. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.

• All gaming activity on the Platform must be conducted by the registered Account holder personally. You may not allow any third party to use your Account.
• JP88 reserves the right to void bets or suspend markets at its sole discretion in cases of suspected match-fixing, technical error, or obvious price error.
• Winnings from free bets and bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• JP88 may impose individual account-level wagering or deposit limits at its discretion, including as part of a responsible gaming intervention.

JP88 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). The minimum deposit amount is the equivalent of RM30 or as otherwise stated in your account settings for your chosen payment method.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. JP88 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end; however, third-party payment processors and cryptocurrency network fees may apply and are the Player's responsibility.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• FPX / DuitNow / Local Bank Transfer: 1–4 hours during business hours for verified accounts; same-day for Gold VIP members.
• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically within 1–2 hours for verified accounts.
• Cryptocurrency: Typically within 30 minutes subject to network confirmation requirements.

JP88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Funds deposited into an Account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request may be submitted.

JP88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion in addition to these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on the Platform unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus credits and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• JP88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. JP88 may refuse, withdraw, or reclaim a bonus in cases where it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion has been abused, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of software errors.
• The Refer-a-Friend bonus of RM50 per qualifying referral is credited only once the referred player completes their first qualifying deposit. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only and may be claimed once per eligible household, device, and payment method.

All casino games available on the JP88 Platform are sourced from licensed international game studios. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios by qualified professional dealers. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined according to the rules of the specific game and the game studio's standard disconnection policy, which will be communicated to affected players via support.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the result recorded in JP88's server logs, the server log result shall prevail. JP88's internal records are the definitive record of all gaming transactions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JP88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with JP88.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — including but not limited to incorrect odds display, game logic errors, or payment processing anomalies — for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, defraud, or collude with other players, staff, or third parties in connection with any game or bet on the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access, use, or benefit from your Account.
• Chargebacks — initiating payment chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider for deposits made to JP88. JP88 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may recover funds through legal means.

JP88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• JP88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or financial crime.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• JP88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Where closure is player-initiated and the account is in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unsettled bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, JP88 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is consistent with its rights under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JP88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or force majeure events.

JP88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure failures, and circumstances beyond JP88's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. JP88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods.

JP88's maximum aggregate liability to any single Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude JP88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

JP88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

JP88 uses your personal data to provide gaming services, process payments, conduct KYC verification, fulfil legal and regulatory obligations, and improve Platform performance. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JP88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to JP88's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

JP88 will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of a formal complaint being received. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your jurisdiction. JP88 does not represent that Malaysian law governs these Terms and does not claim to be subject to Malaysian gaming regulation.
